Information we collect

NodeX collects the information you submit in the application form, including your name, contact details, education or technical background, training readiness, motivation and programme preferences.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review applications, communicate admission decisions, organise training, support participants and maintain programme records.

How we handle your information

Application information is accessible only to authorised NodeX personnel and the service provider used to receive form submissions. We do not request passwords, PINs or bank-card information through the application form.

Retention

Application records may be retained for programme administration, reporting and future training communication, unless you request deletion where applicable.

Your choices

You may contact NodeX to correct your information, withdraw an application or request deletion of application data, subject to legitimate programme and legal record-keeping needs.
